ANYONE can fill a job order with a "body" that meets the minimum requirements of job description. We want to supply our clients with long-term, highly motivated, productive employees.

We work hard to be an extension of the HR Department of the clients we serve. It is essential for us to visit the environment where we will be placing our candidates. It is equally important that we take the time to get to know the hiring managers and operational managers so that we can more effectively identify candidates that will fit best into that environment and management style. We understand that the best candidate is not always the one with the best resume, the best test score or even the best interview skills. We take the time and make the effort to understand what makes each work environment and each candidate unique.

Our goal is to identify those candidates that best reflect the environment in which they will be working. This leads to happier, more effective, long-term employees.

  • Our goal is to send three qualified candidates for every opening. To send more is a clear indication that we are not being selective.
