We work on a contingency basis, which means there is no charge for our service unless you employ a candidate we locate for you.

Our Guarantee

Charter Global, will unconditionally guarantee permanently placed candidates for 90 days from the date of hire. If that candidate is no longer in your company’s employ within that period, for any reason, Charter Global, will replace that candidate with another of equal caliber or refund the fee, at your discretion.
