With a large network of sites, RentPath needed to simplify their search engine by migrating Rentals.com (part of their large network of sites) to a Single Page Application (SPA) within less than 5 months. This SPA was to include new designs, features, and SEO enhancements to support higher lead conversions and an optimal user interface.

Using new designs from RentPath, Charter Global updated their existing framework for all of the websites housed by rentals.com. By integrating Google Maps to display properties, filter and sort capabilities, and meta information, developers enhanced the user interface and overall site performance within the app.

Ahead of the deadline, Charter Global delivered results in four and a half months. As a result, Rentals.com experienced far better performance and an increase in organic traffic as a result of SEO improvisations. The new user-friendly layout has seen a decreased average bounce rate in traffic, with an increase in lead conversions. By adding a new RentPay feature, users can now pay their rent online from the comfort of their own home.
